Modifying a drug prescription

An existing prescription can be modified by selecting the prescription entry in question and clicking the change button, as shown below:

The prescription is modified by updating the entry to reflect the new conditions, as shown below:

Once modified the change in prescription for the drug is reflected in the history box:
